    Having issues, Lists are missing. I have disconnected and reconnected the account. Please help.

    Since the logs indicate that you successfully reconnected, are the lists and whatnot showing up again?

    I submitted to the form, and if things are working right now, you should have a new “Constant Contact Forum Support” list entry.

    Once I cleared cache, the lists showed up again after reconnecting. Thank you.

    I have a different issue if I may. On my website, under the sign up form appears the line “By submitting this form, you are consenting to receive marketing emails from: . You can revoke your consent….” The ‘from’ is missing. Where can I input that value?

    That part should be coming from your account information and most specifically the “Organization name” field.

    Checked that our organization name is present, still not showing up on our page.

    Was it just recently filled in? Possible there’s caching going on on the WP side where it wasn’t quite yet filled in.
