Forms missing all info.

Not sure when it happened but this plugin stopped working for me. If I go to Forms and Submissions, it shows a list of forms I have made. It DOES show how many submissions I have for each form. If I click on EDIT or SUBMISSIONS, both show me nothing! 🙁 How do I access what people have submitted?! Also getting no emails.
