Forms no longer submit after upgrade

We are using Form Maker Pro 2.13.37 with WP 5.4.2 and PHP 7.4.7. Since upgrading the plugin, when submitting a form, it just redirects back to the form without submitting. There are no submissions and no emails generated. I tried switching to AJAX, which allowed the form to redirect to the “after submission page” but no submissions were recorded or emails generated.

I can’t find any errors in the php logs and turning debugging on in WordPress has not revealed any errors either.

Is there a way to rollback to a previous working version?

I dont remember which version we upgraded from. Also, this plugin is sitting on a private network that isn’t accessible from the internet so I can’t get you a link.
