forms not showing up

    Hi,
    I got two mail list forms: one to show at the end of each post, another a pop-up on 75% scroll down.

    They seam to stop working as I didn’t receive any subscriber since October 27 and it was 1 or more every day before that. That’s while the number of visitors to my blog is constantly increasing.

    I can’t see my forms myself even if I set it to show for already subscribed visitors.

    Hi, Can you please create a support ticket with us so I can view your account. I viewed the link you provided and it seems like you have W3 Total cache plugin installed. You need to white list the following resource in your js minify section of W3 Total cache plugin and make ensure that you have our plugin installed as well.

    Hi Liz,
    how do I create a ticket? I added the line above to the white list, but still no forms.

    You can create it through our plugin. Contact support option should be visible to you in the right most column.

    Emptied the cache. Everything is working now! Thank you!
