There is no known issue or reported bug related to this. Please try enabling Load form using AJAX and Prevent page caching on form pages options under Edit Form->Behavior->Rendering

If the issue persists, please share an export of the form and the link to the form page with us, so that we can check further.

After exporting, please share the code using a service such as https://pastebin.com which is free to use.
Please always make sure to use such service to share the code and don’t post the code here directly as it will most likely be unusable.

Various users including me, are reporting the same bug (everything worked ok until last update) so there is no need for us to start setup things differently.
Please address this issue.
