Forms not working all the time – no errors when NOT working

    Hi – We are having intermittent issues with users singing up to our Tennis Camps using a newly created form. It’s very intermittent – It’s working & not working over phones, tablets & PC’s as well as Windows, Mac or Android. Some users submit the form and the success page is returned with a summary of their details – while other try and sign up – submitting the form, only to be returned to the top of the page and a cleared form – with no error message. The problem is that these users dont get an error and wrongly believe their form has been submitted, when it hasn’t. We have tested this on many platforms and reproduced the issue – only for the issue to be resolved after 2 or 3 attempts in some cases but not all. Any help please?

    I suspect this could be a caching issue. Try excluding the page from all the caching mechanisms used on your site (including Cloudflare).

    If that doesn’t solve the problem, then post in the dedicated support forum of the plugin you used to build the form and page (CoBlocks), so its authors and user community can assist you: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/coblocks/

    thank you for the advice @gappiah

    Any chance you could advise how I exclude the page from cache? Sorry I’ve not done this before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
