I have a strange problem. After install of the app, when I click FORMS it sends me to a 404 page instead of the obvious missing form page. Any suggestions on how to remedy this issue? Thank you

Can you please delete the plugin and install it again and let us know if it works?

I tried using the latest update. It’s still not populating a forms page.
