Forms Problems Pique Theme Panels

    Hi, I have a problem adding forms to any front panel. I have tried with “cforms2”, “contact form” and even with “jetpack”, but the problem continues.

    When the form is displayed on the front panel, it is not formatted and always remains in a white box.

    Any idea what happens?
