• I am attempting to use a simple contact form as a gate before users can view open positions. The issue I am encountering is that when I try to access this page and form from my Military Network Connected device, I am given a “read only” restriction. This seems to only be happening on my site. I can go to other state’s Work For Warriors websites and fill and submit their forms without trouble. What am I missing here? Georgia example workforwarriors.experience.crmforce.mil/employeeassistanceform/s/georgia
    California example: workforwarriors.org/employers/#contact-form

My Site example: workforwarriorsvt.org/job-seekers-start/ (it has two different forms on it currently as I was testing if one worked and the other didn’t)

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

That the forms from another vendor (i.e. Salesforce) work on other sites is irrelevant. On YOUR site, it seems you’re using WPFORMS for your form. I recommend asking at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/wpforms-lite/#new-post so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this. If you’re using the PRO version, https://wpforms.com/

I can access the page without any problems and see that you currently have two forms there. Where does the “read only” message appear for you? Is it only on this page with the forms, or does it affect the entire website? Feel free to show us a screenshot of it: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/forum-user-guide/block-editor/#adding-screenshots

Some form of blocking may have been set up individually for the project. WordPress itself does not prevent access, nor does WordPress recognize forms. So there could be many reasons for what you are seeing, but it is not WordPress itself.

@threadi I see the “read-only” in the bottom right corner of the page ONLY when I am using my military network connected computer. Here is a link to a screenshot, Screenshot. Not shown in the screen shot is a message that appears when you hover over the error notification. The message says “Keyboard input has been disabled for this site by Army policy.

I am confused how to solve this issue because I am able to access forms on other similar websites using the same computer.

I don’t think this information is generated by the website. It’s more likely to come from the network you’re using. Talk to your network provider about this.
