Forms screen broken

    Hi,

    The Forms screen is broken in MailPoet 3.7.3 (on WordPress 4.9.6). The dropdowns don’t open – see https://snag.gy/SA0irh.jpg.

    I have tried it on Chrome, Firefox and Edge, with my theme and Twenty Seventeen.
