  • Hi @elismith0,

I’m not sure that I understand your question completely, which numbers are you exactly referring to?

Are you talking about the submission IDs inside Submissions panel?
Those are “shared” between the forms, so if you have one form submitted by 2 people those submissions will have 1 and 2 IDs. If you have another form where person submitted it then that submission will have ID 3.
And if someone again submits to first form it will get ID 4, so in your submissions panel for that first form the IDs would go 1, 2 and then 4 since 3 will be taken by other form submission.

    Cheers,
    Predrag

    Thanks for your reply!
Yes I am aware – I only have 2 forms and it jumped 2 numbers that aren’t in either list. Thanks

    Hi @elismith0

Do you have any antispam plugin like akismet?

This plugin will integrate to the Forminator, in case one of the submission was blocked as spam the next submission would “jump” one number in the submissions list.

I do not believe so – we’ve had around 70 submissions and this is the first I am seeing.
    Thanks

    Hi @elismith0

    This sounds odd,

The entry Ids would only jump in case it would be moved to spam, are you familiar with the database to check some tables?

If so, you can check the PREFIX_frmt_form_entry

And see if the same issue is on the tables.

Let us know the result you got.

    Hi,
unfortunately the Database is not something I am too familiar with. It’s also an active site so I wouldn’t want to try anything on there.
    Thanks

I actually just researched how to view the database and was a lot simpler then I thought. The numbers do skip in the database table as well.
    thanks

Thank you for getting back to me. I believe I have Figured out the issue. It seems it is when they enter incorrect stripe information and click submit – it counts it as a submission ID but doesn’t submit it since they entered it incorrectly.
