Forms submissions marked as spam

    Hi,

    Even though I had this page as an exception in the plug in settings, the form submissions still get blocked sometimes with a message saying ‘clean talk – this is spam’ or similar.

    I have now disabled the plugin.

    How do I prevent the form on this page being incorrectly blocked as spam?

    Hello,

    Please set the ‘Set cookies’ option to ‘Auto’ and the ‘Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library’ to ‘On’ here:

    WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings

    This should help to transfer the correct parameters from the form.

    If you want to completely exclude this form from checking then try to enable the ‘Use Regular expression in URL Exclusions’ option and enter the-competition as URL.
