I have tried to get this issue resolved via email support, but it seems it’s not possible or they don’t believe it can happen. But it is, and regularly.
    THE PROBLEM
I have multiple forms setup that require payment to be made via Paypal.
I have anayised this issue further and this is what I have found. MAJOR PROBLEM!!
The forms work fine. When you press submit you are redirected to the Paypal site to either login or just enter your credit card, this is fine. However at this point the form has already been submitted, or entered as completed by WD form pluggin. Even if the user does not go any further as in completes the Paypal process in whatever form they choose. I still get an email saying it complete, but no paypal entries ever existed.

On testing this myself, I filled in the form, stopped/held at the paypal screen and did nothing more. Checked my emails and sure enough I recieve an email saying I had completed the form.

So the result is I am now getting multiple form registrations and No actual payments made.
SO HOW TO STOP THIS PLEASE? Seems like a big whole in the form design to me.

    Hello, @auzhost!

    Thank you for your inquiry.

Firstly please note, that your question is for PayPal integration, which is not available in free version of Form Maker. ww.wp.xz.cn community supports free versions only.

Also, as we have responded to your emails, the payment integration in Form Maker Pro is PayPal Standard. This means, that the user will be redirected to PayPal only after the form is submitted.

When the user submits, the admins receive information about the submitted form. They receive the 2nd email from Form Maker about payment completion, when they pay the amount.

Besides, there’s a column titled Payment Status on Form Maker > Submissions page. It is set to In Progress, when the users just submit the form, and switches to Completed, when they pay.

Let us know in case you have questions.
    Thanks! Have a wonderful day!
