    Has anyone successfully linked up a complex form with with checkboxes to CC using this plugin? Thanks for any info.

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Dear friend, there is no difference whether the form is complex or simple if your tool can accept Get and Post type requests then you can connect it to our form with our Webhook extension.
