    Hi Jasmine,

    Thanks for the reply.
From what I can see it doesn’t look like there is anything misconfigured here, and it looks like it should be set to use the WP Mail SMTP logs. From what I can see in our email logs however, it doesn’t look like it is attempting to send mail at all.

I think in this case it may be best to contact the WP Forms support and see if they have an suggestions. The only emails in our logs are the ones sent from the WP Mail SMTP test.

    Best wishes,

    Hi Jasmine,

It looks set up fine from what I can see. I checked through the error and access logs of the site but there doesn’t seem to be any errors from WP Forms or the email server in this case.

    Best wishes,

    Hi @jasminedlight,

I’m sorry to hear about the email delivery issue you’re having.

Based on the information provided by support (“it doesn’t look like it is attempting to send mail at all”), the fastest way to troubleshoot this issue is to use a different SMTP mailer in WP Mail SMTP. You could use a free SendLayer or Brevo trial to do so.

In the meantime, please share your form with me. To do this, go to WPForms > Tools and click on the Export tab. In the Form Export section, select the form you’d like to export, and it will download a JSON file for you. Here’s a screenshot of the setting. In case it’s helpful, we also have a tutorial for this here (it includes screenshots, which I always find helpful).

Then just share the JSON file with me. You can share a link to a cloud service, such as Google Drive or WeTransfer, for this.

Please let me know how the test with the different SMTP mailer goes.

    Thanks!
