I got mine to finally work. When i was in the admin part of wordpress forms at the top was a caching i clicked on it and purged all and it started to work again. Has something to do with using chrome. They worked fine in explorer.
The forms work on explorer, not on chrome and safari

Same issue – form just says Error, Something went wrong when I submit from Chrome. it works on Firefox
I reverted to 1.13.5 and that resolved the chrome issue. I noticed however that if I set the action after submission to custom text, it doesn’t display in Chrome, but it does in Firefox.
Zhanna I cant download the update, it needs to be updated in my WordPress dashboard on WP admin?
