    Hello @abeorch ,

Thank you for the detailed report. The errors you shared clearly indicate a conflict between the standalone hCaptcha plugin and the built-in hCaptcha integration in User Registration & Membership. Both are trying to load the hCaptcha script simultaneously, which causes the widget to fail and blocks form submission.

    To resolve this:

    1. Deactivate the standalone hCaptcha plugin from Plugins > Installed Plugins.
    2. Configure hCaptcha within our plugin instead — go to User Registration & Membership > Settings > Registration & Login > Captcha, select hCaptcha as the Captcha Type, and enter your Site Key and Secret Key there.
    3. Clear all caches and test the form in an incognito window.

Regarding the __cflb cookie warnings, these are related to Cloudflare’s load balancing cookies being blocked in cross-site context. These warnings alone would not break your form, but if your site uses Cloudflare, you may want to ensure the hCaptcha domains are whitelisted.

    Best regards

Hi Sorry its been a bit of a busy time so we haven’t managed to test this and confirm it as a resolution. Because it hasn’t been an issue in the past we also need to confirm that we can safely remove the cCapatcha plugin without losing key functionality.

    Hi @abeorch,

Thank you for the update, we understand and appreciate you taking the time to check this.

Regarding the hCaptcha plugin, it is completely safe to remove it as long as you are already using the built-in hCaptcha integration within the plugin settings. Removing the standalone plugin will not affect your core functionality if the integration is properly configured.

    Best regards!
