We are getting errors with our Formstack plugin breaking the navigation and display on certain pages of our site. We recently updated to WordPress 5.3, but were also getting this error previous to updating on the backend: Failed to initialize plugin: formstack.

Any help resolving this plugin error without reverting our wordpress would be greatly appreciating.

Actually this page shows the error better because I recoded the other one not to use the plugin: https://thefirstacademy.org/academics/upper/student-life/royal-thon/

Where on that second link is the form, and in what way is it breaking something? Everything looks fine to me, but this is also the first time I’ve seen this site before.

Beyond that, it seems that something is preventing our TinyMCE integration from loading. Were you seeing that error in the admin or on the frontend somehow?

Sorry those links don’t show the error because we had to direct embed the forms to get them to work. I just tried reinstalling a plugin form and it’s working now. I’m not sure if there was something in the integration that got hung up or what. We updated to wordpress 5.3 yesterday so I was afraid that may have been the culprit.

Gotcha. Sounds like one way or another, things are in a better place now, so that’s good.

Let us know if you need anything else, we’ll do the best we can to help.
