Formula with total fields not working

    Hello. I’m trying to make this formula:

    if (radio_field_id_8 == 1) { (total_field_id_17) – (total_field_id_18) – (total_field_id_20) – (total_field_id_21)} else { (total_field_id_17) – (total_field_id_18) – (total_field_id_20) }
    For some reason it doesn’t work. Please help me. The problem with total_field fields, even simple formulas such as total_field_id_17 – total_field_id_18 do not work.

    We checked a similar case on our test servers, but did not find a similar issue with the total element. Could you please send us the file of your calculator so that we can study the conditions and formulas in more detail since most likely the reason is in it. You can extract the calculator file using the Export function:
