• Dear Developers,

    The Forum registration is broken and my account, which I paid $49.97 for, is unable to be utilized as the registration login reports that my “account is inactive”.

    I have used the registration form and I see the message that the email has been sent, but when I check my email, there is none. I would like to get a refund because there is no way to use the help forum, or to get in touch with support any other way.

    Please help fix this problem by refunding the money. I have had to waste precious time and effort, far exceeding the price of this plugin and hope that you will honor your 30 day refund policy.

    I’m sorry to hear about the inconvenience you’ve experienced.

    Due the WP policy we cannot talk about the paid version on WP forums.

    We don’t have problem refunding you but.. could you kindly let us know what was wrong with your installation?

    I’ve checked all the posts in the pro forum and I didn’t see anything related with your issues.
