Forum / Tools Menu items not displaying

The Antispam, Privacy & Rules, Debug and Misc menu items are not displaying in the backend.I have he latest version of WP and all plugins and extensions are up to date – anybody else had this issue?

Also, PHP Version is the latest working version (7).

Is this issue resolved? Do you see the Tools sub-menu under the Forums menu?

No I’m afraid not! We are now at a loss as to what to do. I can send a screen shot if required.

Please leave some screenshot of the Forums menu in your dashboard and the Forums > Tools admin page.

It says you don’t have a full Administrator User Role permissions in WordPress. Please navigate to Dashboard > Users > Your Profile admin page and click on [Update Profile] button. Then navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Usergroup admin page, edit the Admin usergroup, make sure all permissions are enabled and save it. Also please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard and click on [Delete Users Cache] button.
