Forum with document upload

    I run a non-profit association.

    I am looking for a system that will allow me to store documents from the various workgroups we have. The chairs of the groups and the association admin need to be able to upload their documents for everyone to see and download.
    We also keep association reference documents for the members there.
    I would like it to integrate with a forum type software that will allow the members to discuss documents that have been uploaded similar to a KAVI or IP Board type system.
    Two questions:
    1. Can this system be used with a forum type software to provide this functionality
    2. Where are the documents stored (my host has rules about just using the system for storing documents so i would like to point to my google drive or ???

    Hey Steve

    Currently we do not have any remote storage of files, I can tell you its in the works but not quite there (amazon s3). We do not have any integration with forum software
