Found problem in RankMath Plugin

    Hi Team,

    I am looking for sitemap_index.xml file.
    The problem is when I am login as admin the sitemap appear with link and when I am opening sitemap_index.xml in incognito it appearing with no styling even the link are not clickable.

    Note: All plugins and WordPress are updated

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It seems to be working fine on our end.

    Can you please follow these steps?
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

    That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.

    I found the problem was occurring because of the w3 total cache plugin.

    will remove it try another compatible cache plugin.

    Which cache plugin do you guys suggest?

    Glad you found the issue.

    We are 100% compatible with the WP Rocket plugin but RM should work fine with W3 Total Cache as well.
