    Bug 1: I have set buy now amount but still PayPal & Venmo can’t detect the price, so the PayPal & Venmo button doesn’t work. When you add this same product to the cart then the PayPal & Venmo is working.

    Bug 2: Auction products are not showing in the category. Please check the category: https://atlasknife.com/product-category/auctions/

    If you need more explain let me know. I can make a video demonstration of that two bugs if you need. Thanks for that plugin.

    Hi Mohsin,

    With regards to your bugs:

    BUG 1 – Which plugin you have used to display the “Paypal” button
    on the auction detail page? Please share the name of the plugin.

    and also record a video regarding your query and share it with us.

    BUG 2 – To display the auction products on the category page, you need to enable the option in the auction settings.

    Goto Admin Dashboard > Auctions > Settings

    And after enabling the option, if you face the same issue
    then please post your query here

    We will check regarding your both queries and let you know.

    Hello,

    Any user can contact support, it is not only for the PRO users.

    Now if you are a FREE plugin user then
    In that contact form, select any of the licenses,
    enter any text in the license key like “abc”, “xyz” and fill the other details
    and then submit the form.

    Our support team will check the issue and help you to resolve the issue.
