That is the premium demo so it’s done with the premium theme, Meaning not an option with free, but with premium you can use pagebuilder and the info box widget. Or you can use shortocodes for each item

With the free theme you can create columns using the column shortocodes then add a icon using the icon shortcode and text in each column.

Just click the columns button on the top left of the page editor.
