We have the same issue. We bought the plugin as their site clearly states ‘Try It Now Risk-Free for 30 Days’. However, I have contacted them several times with no reply.
I have also asked our accounts department to chase and they have also been ignored.

Yes.
I think it took me 20 emails or so. The final emails were written just to show the credit card company that I tried to resolve the issue with the company before cancelling the payment. The finally gave in and I got a refund.
Extremely annoying. I think that’s calculation on their part – most people probably give up.
