    What info do I have wrong that keeps causing me to get this email message when someone makes a purchase? :::

    The business email address in eShop does not match your main email address at Paypal.The transaction was not completed successfully. eShop could not validate the order. Please double check all settings in eShop and at paypal to confirm they are both correct.

  • This will happen if the email address that you have under Settings -> eShop -> Merchant Gateways -> PayPal is not the primary address that you have set up in PayPal (e.g. an alias). Also, if you have a secondary email address set up, that’s the one that will be used instead.

    As there has not been an update to this topic for a while, I can only assume that the issue has now been resolved and I am now marking it as such. If this is incorrect, please feel free to change the topic’s status and/or post a follow-up.
