• My dispute, just sent to Paypal, sums up the company as do many other reviews I see …

    I paid using Paypal but the product’s ‘activation’ could not be delivered as I did not have an account with the company so I contacted Ludwig at their ‘support’ department and he led me on a wild goose chase, telling me the activation was somewhere that I cannot access. I have been back to explain this and he is ignoring me. I have looked at other reviews and this seems to be a common complaint with this company that seems to take the money and run.

    I paid on Tuesday, have attempted to have a dialogue with the company and yet my purchase has not materialised, therefore I wish to claim a refund from this dubious vendor please.

    Your order was processed immediately after your payment. As it stayed on our page if you pay with PayPal without creating account, order will be delivered to your PayPal address.

    Here is a screenshot from your account page:

    Please just login to your account and you can use your products.

    If you don’t know/remember your account info, please click “Forgot your password?” enter your PayPal email – click the link in the email to create a new password and you will be able to get your activation key and download your products.

    Just to prevent reply “I never received any emails”.

    We are using traceable email system. I just tried to reset your password and password reset email was “Accepted” and “Delivered”.

    There is nothing wrong with your account from our side. Your order was processed immediately and your products are available for you since that.
