[NSFW] Fraud order review

    We received an order that was a fraud with stolen payment. A review went out and they used profanity in the review and called us a scammer. This is obviously not a real review and I can remove the review from my website, but need to have the review removed from the Customer Reviews website. How can I do this?

    We do not support deleting verified reviews on cusrev.com because it will compromise their authenticity and undermine trust. You can try to reply to their review and ask for an update on their end.
