    Hi Speed,

    Ok, this is freaky! I installed this plugin, it gave the site a funky/freaky looks? It’s all white page with a lot of diamonds shapes with ? marks and with special characters in between?

    Any idea is like corrupted big time! I even deleted all the plugins and even changed to the default theme like the Twenty-fifteen. Also reinstalled it… No luck?

    Please HELP, Thanks

    The problem you are describing looks like an encoding problem. Can I the URL where it happens?

    Can you follow this procedure and let me know when you encounter the problem please? Step by step procedure, please report here when your encounter the problem, thanks!

    – Activate the plugin but disable all the optimization features > Clean browser cache > Test on your live website

    – Activate Cache only with specific cache for each device > Clean browser cache > Test on your live website

    – Activate Cache + Expire headers > Clean browser cache > Test on your live website

    – Activate Cache + Expire headers + Remove query strings > Test on your live website

    – Activate Cache + Expire headers + Remove query strings + Group CSS > Clean browser cache > Test on your live website

    – Activate Cache + Expire headers + Remove query strings + Group CSS + Group JS > Clean browser cache > Test on your live website

    – Activate Cache + Expire headers + Remove query strings+ Group CSS + Group JS + HTML minification > Clean browser cache > Test on your live website

    – Activate Cache + Expire headers + Remove query strings + Group CSS + Group JS + HTML minification + CSS minification > Clean browser cache > Test on your live website

    Hi speed,

    I did played with the settings per your instructions.

    It may sound freaky, after hours and hours, I realized this occurred when the “Activate cache system” is ON (Blue). Isn’t the whole purpose is to cache it to make the site load faster?

    But when is OFF, the site/page is fine! That don’t make sense tho? When is OFF, gtmetrix giving speed low B and y-score high D. 🙁

    But when is ON, gtmetrix gave speed A and y-score A. But it don’t do no good because the site go haywire Funky and Freaky. So this A and A score don’t mean nothing after all…

    The site is not speeding fast so is not yet live, this is the last step that needed to speed it up before going live.

    When you speaking encoding, is there any functions or codes you can provide to keep not getting Funky page if the Cache is ON?

    As per the tests you better stick on webpagetest, results are more detailed and reliable.

    Hi Speed,

    I just registered on the site and provided the 3 screen shot for you to see with the website address already shown.

    Here is the ticket number 35164861314

    I’m not sure how your website go by exchanging information, or send by the details from the email I registered with or from the account I just registered.

    Btw, the errors ONLY shown on the front-end, the back-end (admin) is fine?

    All the information provided on our website are strictly confidential and will be destroyed after the ticket have been proceed. The problem is that without this information we can’t handle the requests as we haven’t succeeded to reproduce the problem.
