Hello,

For around 15 days now, my automatically-generated products feed (twice daily) is empty. How can i fix this ?

In Action Scheduler, i have the error (in french) : échec de l’action via WP Cron : L’action planifiée pour adt_pfp_as_generate_product_feed ne sera pas exécutée car aucun rappel n’est enregistré.

When i click on manual refresh, that works well, and the feed is updated correctly.

I am on version 13.4.2 of your plugin, and woocommerce 9.7.1.

Kindly share your site’s system report to understand your site environment. You can find this by navigating to WooCommerce > Status screen. Click on the “Get System Report” button, then copy the system report and share it with us.

Hi @divinebox ,

No callback registered might be that the feed’s id isn’t being properly added. Go to Product Feed Pro > Settings and run the sync feed and clear attribute cache.

If that don’t work try creating a new feed. Also, go to Woocommerce > Status > Logs and check for any critical error logs related to our plugin (cross check the time stamp of the failed scheduled actions)

I have donc, multiple times :
- run the sync feed >> “Migration successful”
- clear attribute cache >> “Custom attributes cache not found”
… but it doesn’t fix the problem, my automatically-generated products feed (twice daily) is still empty.

Moreover, in Woocommerce > Status > Logs, there are no errors related to your plugin.

When i click on manual refresh, it still works well : the feed is updated correctly.

I am now on version 13.4.3 of your plugin, and woocommerce 9.7.1.

How to fix this please ?

Hi @divinebox ,

To confirm, have you already tried creating a new feed? Also, you can test the automatic refresh by going to Woocommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions >> Pending force the run and see if the feed refresh the issue with empty feeds is replicable.

If not, then; it’s likely something else on your server that’s causing the feed refresh to be empty. Also, try once a day refresh.

I have created a new product feed, and it seems to work well.

Former feed is still empty… i have then deleted it.
