Free map software with GPS

Can anyone help a novice website developer?

I want to add a map to one of my wordpress pages with fairly simple functionality:
– Zoomable map of UK
– Ability to put multiple markers on the map
– Markers clickable – link to another page on the site when clicked
– Uses GPS to show and track the user’s location – updated in real time as the user moves location while travelling.
– Reasonably simple for a novice with a bit of experience with CSS to use!
– A free plugin – I’m just experimenting and don’t want to spend cash on something that might not go anywhere.

I have looked at huge numbers of plugins on the web, and tried a few, but so far either they are too complicated or don’t allow the user’s location to be displayed and tracked.

Can anyone suggest a good, simple plugin
