Free Postage Rules

    We have a minimum order valu of £20.00 to receive free shipping. However when a customer uses discount on an order which then brings it below £20.00 it still allows the free shipping.

    Is there a way to stop this from happening?

    Did you disable/enable the following checkbox within the Free shipping method you added to your zone?

    If you haven’t yet, please try change that setting to see if it resolves your issue.

    If you have done that with no success, please provide us with your status report found under “WooCommerce > Status” page so we can take a closer look.

    Thanks for the reply. Where would I find this as I cannot see this checkbox anywhere?

    I am using shipping zones with table rate shipping to offer the free shipping on orders over £20

    Hi @adaml4458

    Ah, that would explain why you are not seeing the same. The screenshot I added was using core free shipping method, so it sounds like your Table rate has its own settings.

    Which Table rate shipping plugin are you using? You might need to contact the author of that plugin for further help, but I’d be happy to take a closer look if you could provide your status report under “WooCommerce > Status” page.

    Hi, I realised after sending the message. I have now managed to use the core shipping instead for all options but now when the customer spends over £20 they are shown the free shipping and the flat rate shipping options is there a way to hide the flat rate one when free shipping is activated?

    The WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping is the woocommerce plugin.
