    Does the premium version allow creating rules for free shipping based on the margin between COGS and the sell price?

    I don’t believe the plugin has such specific options for this. However, if you want to set free shipping based on a certain amount, you can try using this plugin: Amount Left for Free Shipping for WooCommerce.
