Free shipping zone issues

    We use the core WooCommerce plugin, and have been offering free shipping within all US but now want to set up free shipping zones based on price within the continental US but not offer free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

    I have set up two shipping zones:
    1. Continental US, which has all states and DC except Alaska and Hawaii. This zone offers free shipping over a dollar amount and other UPS shipping. 2. Non-continental US, which has only Alaska and Hawaii, does not offer free shipping and does offer select UPS shipping options.

    The problem is when an address from either AK (or HI) is entered, the following message is received: No shipping options were found for Anchorage, AK 97701.Enter a different address

    Has anyone else encountered this and what can you recommend? Following is screen shot of shipping options:

    Hello @pfti2017,

    Thank you for reaching out!

    This usually happens when if you don’t fill out all the fields or if you don’t enter the zip code in the correct format.

    As you can see below, I chose ‘HI’ and can see the shipping options as expected.
