Free theme OK, premium version disappointing

This free theme does what it promises. My problems started after purchasing the premium bundle from this developer.

The premium offering is architecturally different – requires several additional plugins, runs noticeably slower in the backend, and provides no way to migrate existing content. It’s essentially a separate product.

Support experience was disappointing: very slow responses (weeks between replies) and persistent requests for admin credentials rather than actually troubleshooting the technical issues I reported.

The gap between free and premium versions raises concerns about the development approach. Expected better support quality from a theme provider.

Bottom line: Free version is adequate, but I’d research alternatives before considering their paid products.
