Free version adequate, premium problematic

    This free theme operates as described and handles basic requirements. Problems surfaced after upgrading to the premium version.

    Premium uses entirely different architecture – requires various additional plugins, noticeably slower admin performance, offers no migration path from free version. Like comparing two separate themes.

    Support interaction was frustrating: very slow turnaround (weeks per response) with repeated requests for admin credentials instead of actually addressing technical concerns.

    The free-to-premium disconnect is a red flag. Support quality below industry standards for theme developers.

    Summary: Free version is functional, but strongly recommend researching other options before considering premium purchases from this developer.
