    Hi
I am using the free version of Serial Codes Validator Version: 2.3.10 to handle my event ticket:
    WordPress Version: 6.0.2
    MySQL/Mariadb Version: 5.5.5
    PHP Version: 7.4.30
    Basic Plugin Version: 2.3.10
    Basic DB Version: 1.7`

My problem is I realized the PDF ticket from the first day of sales has gone from the code list. My order ID started from 1181, but In the code list, the earliest order ID is 1287. I have lost the validation code from 1181-1286.

The total number of tickets sold as of today is only 175, which I think is still not exceeding the limit of free code in the free version.

I have once activated my premium version and can’t find the code list I created in the free version, I deactivated the premium version and get back the code list that I made in the free version. I do not know does this have an impact on the situation.

    Please help.

    Hello Engbok

I do not know why you keep opening for the same question tickets here.
You wrote me on my support email address and I answer you always the same.
Please do not expect me to keep track an the emails an here.

The premium plugin DOES NOT delete your codes.
If you deactivate it, you see them again – You confirmed this already to me.

I offered you already 3 times, that I can log on your system and inspect the issue. You told, that you will come back to me after your venue.

I guess that another plugin is harming the communiction between the basic and premium plugin. You seem to be the only one with this issue.
So please, if you can give me access to your wordpress, I might can analyze the issue and provide a fix.

    For your new problem:
    I need more details.
Did you create the codes upfront?
Did you add them to a code list? (You can only assign code lists to products)
Did you activate in the options to re-use free codes from that code list for your product sales?

Hi, I am not complaining about the free to premium issue, I am writing that part so that you will have a complete idea of what may have caused the issue.

I will come back to you after my today event and let you help troubleshoot the free to premium issue.

I need to let the ticketing event go smooth hence prefer to settle the free to premium matter since the free version would have handled my situation.

Would I be able to enter the missing code from the back end manually?

    Hello krassas69

With the basic free plugin you are able to auto generate serials.

This is very little information to help you. But today I released 2.4.11. And there is a fix for the WC_VERSION. This might help you.

If you still experience issues, please write to [email protected] with the support info and we can investigate this.
