• Probably Ok if you pay for it, but the free version doesn’t look remotely professional. I’ve just spent an hour of my life installing it and trying it out. Everything that could possibly make it look better is disabled unless you buy the Pro version. I can’t even change the 20-pt font used in the FAQ titles.

    I dumped it, and wrote the FAQ entries in plain HTML, using the Bootstrap classes, in 20 minutes. This gives a nice-looking configurable accordion. Ok, not everyone will have Bootstrap installed or be willing to write HTML, but my point is that this really isn’t Rocket Science, and the authors should make the free version more usable. No-one’s going to pay for the Pro version unless the free version looks like it might be good.
