Hi @nmedia, Thank you. Now back-end message text box is working but it’s not working on frontend customer side. Also on my account page Message menu (my-account/wooconvo-messages/) has 404 error. Please let me know if i miss anything in setting.
Please go to settings > Permalink and save it once without any changes it will refresh the permalinks and you should be able to see on frontend.
Hi @nmedia, I tried saving the permalink. my-account/wooconvo-messages/ is working now but the message box is disabled so I cannot type anything on the frontend side. Currently, my project is in localhost.
