Free version keeps stopping

    We have like 2000 products we are testing with and the importer no matter what we do dies around 1320 products. Is there a limit on the free version

    Hi @rapidsuccess,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    No, there is no limit to the number of products that can be imported using the free version of the plugin.

    Could you please try reducing the import batch count value to 5 or less and increasing the execution timeout value in the plugin settings and check if that resolves the issue? By default, the import batch count value will be 10. Also, please try unmapping the image field if you have image URLs in the CSV file.

    If the issue still persists, then please share the fatal error log and system status.
