    GDPR compliance isn’t limited to an opt-in checkbox. There are other ways, including disclaimers an required fields that you can be used to create GDPR compliant form.

    You should be careful about giving legal advice. The general understanding here is that disclaimer texts without a checkbox are not sufficient to obtain the user’s consent.
