Free Version not responsive at all!!

I just downloaded this gallery and put it into my site specifically because it said it was responsive. I go onto my phone to pull up my site and the thumbnails are all messed up with blacked out half boxes and aren’t responsive at all to touch so they don’t even open images or video. What’s the deal?
