Sorry to hear about your experience with GEO my WP.
I can assure you that the free version works perfectly fine on thousands of sites. The issue that you described is most likely caused by a conflict with another plugin or with the theme on your site.
I could have most likely helped you solve the issue if you had opened a support ticket first.

Thank you Eyal. I acknowledge writing this post having hit a roadblock. I did initiate a thread in a support group. Also, we are going to purchase the license to obtain technical support. I will be more than willing to adjust my rating if technical support can assist to resolve issues with the pro license.

So I got to this page first and never noticed the support ticket.
