What exactly is not working?
Do you mean that on mobile, the USM widget is not being displayed? Where is the widget placed, on which URL can we see it?
Sorry for the delay. The widget should appear on the “footer” text of every page – but now I realise that none of the footer text appears on a mobile phone – maybe our issue is with the theme?
This whole footer section https://monosnap.com/file/Q6lNnZ1tw7l86NcfHitoCSqU3PVP7s is hidden on mobile. It must be a setting in your theme – to show a different footer structure on mobile.

Yes, because other footer elements are also hidden on mobile, not only the USM widget.
