Free version works…Pro+ version does NOT

    The Free version worked fine. So I decided I’d upgrade. I deactivated the old plugin and uploaded/installed the new.

    Everything shows up on the Glossary page just fine; but none of the other pages, posts, comments, or articles will parse with the Pro versions.

    Like many, many others, I’ve gone through all of the FAQs, blogs, forums, articles, videos, and links that were posted on the CM Site. I’ve disabled all plugins, used a default theme, tried every setting available in the TT Glossary settings page in every different combination…still nothing.

    I opened a support ticket on Friday (and gave CM rights to my server); but I haven’t heard back on anything. I didn’t even get a follow-up email stating that a ticket had been opened.

    But hey, the free version works just fine…now I just need my money back from the Pro+ version.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
