Is there any free wordpress MU themes available?

where do I get this theme http://premium.wpmudev.org/project/wpmu-nelo-special-cms-frontpage-theme or is there something like that for free?

There’s themes that wordpress.COM uses at:
http://svn.automattic.com/wpcom-themes

They might also have some ideas at the MU forums:
