    In my opiniopn the themes turend out really well. However these are my very first free WordPress themes – comments and suggestions on how to improve them even further are very appreciated.

    Also please note that these free themes are released under the GLP license – also please note that the themes contain a tiny link in the footer to my website http://www.freecmstemplates.com/ – please don’t remove this link if you decide on using one of the templates.

    What is a GLP license? Or did you mean the GPL?

    If they are GPL licensed, you should include a license.txt file with a copy of the GPL in it in the themes themselves, so that people know.

    As it stands, the site says that they are copyrighted and provides no licensing information at all.

    Also, if a Theme is release under GPL, then that weird code in the footer.php could be removed by the user. At least if I understand the GPL license.

    Sorry about the license confusion – to be honest I don’t know much about licences so I will just try to explaine normal language instead :-). People can use and change the templates anyway they want. I just ask that the link in the footer pointing to freeCMStemplates.com is not removed – that’s all. The “All righte reserved” is refering to the template website http://www.FreeCMSTemplates.com itself and not the free wordpress themes. I guess i should add somekind of licence text making this clear.

    – what is the problem with head.php ??
