Freezing when Building Package

Hey,

we are using duplicator to move our site onto a test site so we can do testing on it,

When I go to create a Package it starts building but then gets stuck on 24% and basically crashes,

then I go back into the duplicator plugin and you can see the package is still building,

but now it is stuck on 60% and not going anywhere, it has built up to 1.67GB of the package,

any idea why this is happening?

I’ve used the plugin to transfer a site before with no issues,
