All translation work are by volunteers and you can see the progress in here:

When a translation is 100%, WordPress language editor have to approved that language, then you can receive the language update.

I’ll do the best I can do to push this progress but still needs some time to get it done.

Thank you but I don’t have rights to approve your translations. Only French language editor can do that.

It sucks. I know, but that’s the saturation right now. We have to wait.
